Pay tribute to the great Bard this evening with haggis, neeps and tatties, poetry, and a few drams of whisky. Burns’s friends held the 1st memorial supper for the poet five years after his death, in July of 1801. Celebrating on his birthday, January 25th, has been a regular ritual ever since.
